Chart notes
TURBO TRIP drifted out a bit at the start, set the pace for four and one half furlongs, was passed quickly by the runner up entering the far turn, shifted out to the fie path entering the stretch, came on again under left handed urging to make the lead inside the furlong marker and drew off under a strong hand ride. AVAILABILITY unhurried early, closed rapidly three wide to make the lead entering the far turn, drew clear, set the pace until deep stretch then was no match for the winner while clearly second best. CONVERT drifted in at the start, was well placed and went evenly. CHAPS KNIGHT failed to menace. AMERICAN CONSULATE was in tight at the start, trailed into the far turn and passed tiring rivals through the stretch in the five path. C S EXPRESS was no factor. KLAY B EVEN MONEY with the second flight near the inside, gave way in the stretch. EAST BY WEST also in tight at the start, had brief speed. GAISGEACH had good early speed, moved closer to the front three wide before a half then came up empty.
