Chart notes
MY DAD'S GUITAR showed early speed, took command around the final turn, pulled away down the lane and won handily. BITSY'S STAR raced within striking distance, moved up on the inside around the second turn, angled out entering the stretch, proved no match for the winner, but held on for second. DIXIE'S ASTRO lacked early speed, made a steady gain, rallied on the inside and was outfinished for second. IRON FORTUNE broke a step slow, racing in the back, had an outside trip, showed late interest, but was no factor. BABY ZONG raced in the middle of the field, put forth an even effort and lacked a rally. WAY TOO TOUGH went to the front, saved ground and faded. COLE'S SENSATION pressed the early pace, dropped back and was no threat late. ANALITICO always raced near the back, was eased to the wire and vanned off.
