Chart notes
CLASSIC RICHIE drifted in at the start and was quickly righted, stalked the pace three wide into the stretch, responded under left handed urging to make the lead near the furlong marker and won under confident handling. SAILINGTHEISLANDS set the pace along the inside into the turn, was headed, dug in determinedly to matched stride for the lead until deep stretch and finished second best. THISISRIDICULOUS prompted the pace two wide into the turn, gained a narrow lead near the five sixteenths pole, battled into the stretch and was outfinished in the final stages. CODE ONE unhurried early, had a mild late rally two wide. AMERICAN CAUSE trailed into the stretch and passed tiring rivals late. FLYHERBFLYHIGH was no factor. YOUNG ELVIS failed to menace. KEYSER was through early.
