Chart notes
GENGHIS was away alertly, went up to press the early pace to the outside of TROPHY ROOM, then dueled with that rival in the two path on the turn, came three wide off the bend and gained a short lead nearing the furlong marker and drew clear to prove best under a drive. ONE WAY FARRIOR was settled early in the four path, then chased the pace three wide on the turn, swung out six wide leaving the turn and offered a late rally to gain the place award. DEE JAY was well placed on the inside under a hard hold, eased off the inside nearing the quarter pole, came four wide off the bend with aim but lacked the needed kick. TROPHY ROOM set a pressured pace early on the inside, then dueled with the winer on the turn and faded in the final furlong. I KNOW MAP tracked the pace two to three wide and came five wide off the bend and faded in the final furlong. BRETT'S WORLD was reserved on the inside and fell farther back on the turn and never threatened.
