Chart notes
GOODASIWONSWAS set the pace along the inside as an outer rival applied pressure, bid a challenge from a wider well-traveling foe turning for home, got narrowly headed by that one in upper stretch, gamely battled back to sustain the duel through the late stages and prevailed late. BIG HAT WILLIE tracked three wide and between horses into the turn, ranged up to bid in hand outside of the leading pair turning for home, wrestled a narrow advantage in upper stretch, battled as the early leader fought on through the lane, clung to an advantage into the final sixteenth but got outfinished late. MAJOR BLUE pressed two wide, came under coaxing to sustain pressure between horses around the turn, but failed to offer a bid along with an outer rival turning for home, yielded between the top pair in upper stretch yet safely managed show thereafter. ROBO MAN trailed in the three path, swung out to the five path into the lane and improved position. HIGHER STANDARD chased along the inside, pursued from the two path around the turn and gave way. ELI'S PROMISE stalked four deep, chased the leading trio turning for home then faded between horses.
