Chart notes

QUILLING chased the pace and made a three wide bid off the turn and drew clear in the furlong grounds to prove best under a drive. AIRMAN TREVOR was settled early on the outside, was four to three wide on the turn and lugged in off the bend, then angled out leaving the furlong marker and finished well to gain the place award. MAVIS MISCHIEF set the early pace while clear and off the rail, drew out on the turn and then moved to the inside off the turn and weakened in the final furlong, bested rest. EXPLOSIVE LOVE was settled early and raced three wide on the turn and came three wide off the bend and had no punch. GOOD FRIDAY MAN was outrun early and was wide on the turn and improved late. QUAMASH was settled early and was four wide on the turn and had no rally. MYCROFT was reserved on the inside and was not a threat.
