FRANK'S ART was coaxed from the start taking this field into the turn, continued setting a brisk pace up top along the backside, repelled the brief challenge by an outside foe with three eighths remaining, opened up at the quarter pole and cruised in for the frontrunning score. DESOLATOR stalked outside close to the back of the pack, had a quick turn of foot splitting foes midway through the last turn, shifted out three wide at the eighth pole and battled outside to the wire to just win the nod for the secondary share in a photo. SPRING MOUNTAIN chased the pace just outside into the first turn, took a little closer order down the backstretch, moved in briefly to flank the pacesetter outside with three furlongs to go, could not match strides with the winner through the far turn and stubbornly dueled inside in the final furlong just missing out on holding the place share at the wire. VICTORIA'S CHIEF tracked the top three going into the first turn, continued watching the front three down the backside, angled to the five path turning for home and finished up one paced for a minor role in the end. COLEYVILLE was unhurried trailing on the rail in the early stages, shifted out having a clear run six wide turning for home and finished with interest passing many runners down the stretch. MAMBOINTHEFOREST travelled on the rail in mid-division, took the short way around the final bend but could not catch up to rivals and finished up mildly down the stretch gaining on some runners late. GREAT FACES travelled three wide in midfield in the initial turn, made no movement along the backside, continued a three wide journey on the last turn making up little ground and could not get involved in the stretch running. GOOD SOLDIER had an ideal trip all alone watching the engaged pair, was roused three eighths outs, could not reel in the front two through the far turn, shifted to the four path for the drive but flattened out between foes by the furlong marker. TIMESKIP settled near the rear just outside, stalked having one rival beaten along the backside, saved ground but made no progress on the rail through the far turn and could not factor in the stretch running. ENDLESS SUNSET stalked near the back ahead of a couple of runners in the two path into the first of two turns, could not advance down the backside, angled out to the four path for the stretch drive but made no impression running down the lane.
