Chart notes
CUMBERLAND BLUES broke out at the start, settled on the outside, moved in outside the three-quarter pole, rallied while moving from the three path to the five path on the far turn, made a bid in the four path at the quarter-pole, was carried out badly by the runner-up while battling outside that foe on his inside lead in the stretch and narrowly prevailed while well out in the track. WINTER'S GHOST was hustled to the front, showed the way on the inside of a rival, vied in the two path on the turn, passed the five-sixteenths on a solo lead, was roused late on the bend, bore out badly while dueling with the winner in the stretch and was denied while just able to get the place. SKI COUNTRY moved in while settling off the pace, advanced closer with five furlongs to run, saved ground on the turn, was given his cue outside the quarter-pole, chased the leading duo into the final sixteenth, made a bid late and just missed while clear for the show. MYSTIC NIGHT was well placed just off the pace, came under encouragement in the two path on the turn, pursued the leaders in the stretch and lacked the needed kick. CO CONSPIRATOR settled towards the front on the outside, chased in the four path on the turn and tired. STRONG LIGHT broke a bit slow, dropped well behind the rest of the field, raced in the two then three path on the turn, came into the stretch in the six path and was no factor. ARREBATO pressed the pace on the outside, was urged along late on the backstretch, vied in the three path on the turn, dropped back outside the five-sixteenths pole and faltered. MR. SWAGGER settled under some urging, dropped back in the four to five path for most of the turn, moved to the two path late on that bend and also faltered then was eased in the final furlong but walked off.
