Chart notes
DIVA'S DEMON broke very sharp to take command early, controlled the tempo around the bend, kept to task heading into the lane, came home under the wire a very handy winner. SALTY STARKEY clean break, took up the chase two wide into the turn, under a ride and still chasing the runaway leader through the stretch, clearly second best. EL MORITO saved ground to the top of the lane, bid while on the left lead, held on late for the show. PEDAL TO THE MOON raced off the pace and off the rail, five wide into the lane, and three wide at the sixteenth pole, evened out to the wire. CASTLE OF CORK raced off the early pace, between runners in upper stretch, angled inside late, flattened out to the wire. BEST HOP IS A DROP off to a slow start, saved ground to top, left lead upper, weakened. JUBA'S YANKEE ONE slow start, four wide to turn, empty lane. CANDY OUTLINE off to a slow start, raced two wide around the turn, never a threat.
