Chart notes
MAZUMA dueled for the lead while two wide, was in a strong drive and gamely dug in throughout the stretch drive and held sway in the end. INCA EMPIRE was settled while two wide on the backstretch, was blocked behind rivals in mid stretch then moved out three wide and was gaining ground but was too late. NUMBER ONE DUDE dueled for the lead from the inside, was in a long drive but weakened in late stretch. CALIBRATE was settled while four wide on the backstretch, made a strong bid in upper stretch but came up empty in late stretch. ELDON'S PRINCE was settled while two wide on the backstretch, rallied and was five wide in upper stretch making a bid then flattened out in the drive. RELEASE MCCRAKEN stalked the pace while three wide on the backstretch, made a bid four wide into the far turn then faltered. LOGICAL MYTH was unhurried early then raced inside on the backstretch but was no threat.
