Chart notes
UNRELENTLESS chased in the five path, was driven in the three path around the turn, angled back out to the six path to take aim at the top of the lane, and kicked on to draw past an inner pair in the final sixteenth. LIGHTNING DUST prompted the pace in the five path, bid three wide under coaxing around the turn, kept on to take a narrow lead passing the eighth pole, but was caught in the final sixteenth to place. MIGUEL'S BELLE bobbled slightly at the start, pressed in the four path, took a narrow lead while two wide passing the quarter, but lost the lead in upper stretch, and evened out. HOW BOUT DAT raced off the pace in the four path but made no impact from the seven path down the lane. TWIZZLE set the pace in the two path but faded. RED HOT SPARK laid up close inside, steadied around the nine-sixteenths pole, then again early around the turn, and did not threaten. DIAMONDS FOR LILY always trailed.
