Chart notes
POKER PARTNER dueled with FLAWLESSS CAT for the lead from along the outside, shook that one off leaving the eighth pole and gradually drew clear. PANTHERA'S FATE stalked the pace, came three-wide into the stretch and finished in a mild rally. FLAWLESS CAT dueled with POKER PARTNER for the lead to the eighth pole and held on fairly well for third. MEXITEXAFORNIA saved ground while being forwardly placed and went evenly. AURA OF GOLD was reserved off the early pace, came five-wide into the stretch but lacked a rally. EL BANDIDO saved ground while being unhurried and improved his position. CHAMPAGNE MIKE was allowed to settle while racing two-wide and failed to seriously threaten. EL MUCHO settled in the middle of the field, moved up four-wide nearing the quarter pole and then weakened during the drive.
