Chart notes
CASUAL ATTIRE was reserved off the early pace, rallied seven-wide into the stretch, took the lead inside the eighth pole and quickly drew clear. VILLIAN was allowed to settle, came six-wide into the stretch and closed strongly. REIGNING DREAM was forwardly placed while racing three-wide, moved up to take the lead nearing the eighth pole but was unable to resist the top two late. BIG TRUCK saved ground racing in the middle of the field, was in tight nearing the three-eighths pole then angled out to be two-wide nearing the stretch and finished well in a good effort. THAT'S THE WAY was unhurried early, came three-wide into the stretch and was gaining late. SAMMY AND SHORTY settled in the middle of the pack while racing two-wide, offered a bid nearing the quarter pole and then flattened out during the drive. FIRST SONG dueled with LUCKY VICTOR for the lead, shook that one off after five furlongs then continued to dispute the issue into the stretch and weakened. FIRSTHAND JUSTICE broke in the air then was allowed to settle while racing three-wide and was not a serious threat. SCHOOL'S OUT was prominently place early while saving ground and tired. OKLAHOMA JOE broke in the air then settled in the middle of the field while two-wide and was not a factor. DREAMINGABOUTTIME raced six-wide and failed to menace. KELLEHER raced in the middle of the pack then gave way after six furlongs and was transported off the track via the equine ambulance. LUCKY VICTOR dueled for the lead from along the inside for five furlongs and stopped.
