Chart notes
STARLITE WALKER gave chase and took the lead four wide past the quarter pole, dueled clear midway on the turn and was steadily handled to hold on well. EL DE CHIREL pressured the pace inside, raced at a close disadvantage nearest the rail on the turn but relented in the duel through the stretch. ON THE COME UP gave chase, was eased to the five path through the turn then dueled through the stretch for third. STEVETHEVANDRIVER was reluctant to load then pressured the pace three wide, raced close in the three path on the turn but dropped back toward the head of the lane and flattened stride. TIZAFASTBULLET gave chase through the backstretch then faded off the rail on the turn. MON GATEAU steadied from between horses shortly after the start then angled to the outside and gave chase to no avail. KOOL KATHMANDU set a pressured early pace, was met while between horses at the quarter pole, dropped back toward the eighth pole and weakened in the lane. SUPER JORDAN gave chase to no avail and angled to the five path on the turn.
