Chart notes
WASHINGTON'S UNION saved ground just off the early pace, started his bid passing the seven sixteenths pole and steadily improved, took aim off the rail nearing the head of the lane, dug in for the lead mid-stretch and inched clear late. CHARITABLE WINDSOR rated a slim lead inside, came under pressure passing the three eighths pole, kept the edge at the rail on the far turn but was met mid-stretch and relented late. MORALES LITTLE KID tapered in and stalked the early pace, challenged approaching the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn about the three path then flattened in the lane. ANGEL OF ATTACK was shuffled back shortly after the start then saved ground, picked up the chase past the half mile pole, rounded the far turn near the rail and showed little further. SIDNEY'S BID raced in the five path the opening turn, gave chase nearing the seven sixteenths pole but flattened in the five path the far turn. TIMO saved early ground while well back and showed little response through the backstretch. NIGHT TRAIN WAYNE settled in the three path the first turn then faded through the backstretch. JUST A FLIRT raced wide.
