Chart notes
PEPPERMINT CLASS , patiently handled while saving ground, took closer order into the far turn, eased out mid turn then circled five wide into the lane, closed in under solid handling, joined I'M A CUTIE PIE from her outside in mid stretch, got the better of that one with about a sixteenth to go and drew clear while kept alert. I'M A CUTIE PIE broke inward bumping a rival, corrected and eagerly made her way forward through the opening quarter mile, prompted three wide outside the leader, bid in hand nearing the five sixteenths, took over and responded soon into the stretch, wandered outward when collared in mid stretch, fought on past the sixteenth pole then gave way grudgingly. SADIE THE GOAT cleared leaving the chute, set the pace just off the inside, dug in when joined past the three eighths, ceded command near the quarter pole, stayed on willingly past mid stretch then gave way grudgingly in the final seventy yards. VIENNESE WALTZ , urged off the pace and off the inside, edged up between rivals in upper stretch then flattened out through the final furlong. MAINSTREAM SELLOUT , bumped and in tight at the break, regrouped and saved ground off the pace, worked outward through the final furlong and churned on. GUN RUNNIN' GAL bobbled at the break, recovered and raced forwardly five then four wide, chased outside a rival leaving the far turn, failed to kick on in upper stretch and faded. MAXIMO MADNESS , brushed at the break, raced forwardly and between runners early, eased back a bit past the five eighths, chased in the clear leaving the half mile marker then gradually gave way. BEASTIE GIRL lagged off the pace, saved ground mid turn but failed to threaten. SUBWAY SUSIE , off the pace, swung out for the drive, drifted out in the final furlong then faltered.
