LADY GOOD TROUBLE broke out at the start and crowded a neighboring rival, was hustled along the inside early on and assumed command into the first turn, set a decent pace while well handled along the backstretch run, extended the lead into the far turn and drew clear into upper stretch, set down at the furlong marker, kept to task while clear past mid-stretch, was getting weary into the final sixteenth and was overtaken in deep stretch while well clear of the rest for second. TROJAN WAY prominent away from the start, vied for the early lead then took back and tracked three wide into the first turn, shifted to the inside entering the backstretch run, raced close up to the decent pace approaching the half-mile pole, saved ground into the far turn and chased to the quarter pole, outkicked into upper stretch, could not impact the top pair late and outfinished the rest for the show honors. ICY MISCHIEF broke alertly and assumed early command, led into the first turn then ceded the lead to LADY GOOD TROUBLE, stalked outside of the pacesetter entering the backstretch run, kept close attendance to the decent pace heading to the half-mile pole, chased three wide into the far turn, lost ground at the quarter marker, was outkicked into upper stretch and gave way in the drive. OH ANGEL settled in the second flight to begin, tracked two to three wide and between rivals into the first turn, gained ground into the backstretch run and was well placed while between runners heading to the half-mile marker, chased three to four wide into the second turn, came five wide to six wide into upper stretch and ran evenly to the furlong marker, could not find more into the final sixteenth and finished evenly. ZAFFERANA settled off of the early pace while never far back, saved ground into the first turn and tracked the decent pace into the backstretch run, shifted outside of rivals and tracked three deep nearing the half-mile pole, ran in pursuit three wide into the far turn and advanced at the quarter pole, continued that gain into the stretch, could not sustain her run into the final furlong and weakened in deep stretch. BET THE CHALK allowed to settle in the early stages, saved ground into the backstretch run and improved position nearing the half-mile marker, maintained an inside position into the second turn, shifted to the three path into upper stretch and ran evenly to the furlong grounds, faltered into the final sixteenth and could not muster the needed late response. SUSIE CRU settled three to four wide into the first turn, unhurried while widest through the backstretch run, was outrun into the second turn and did not threaten in the stretch drive.
