MOMENT OF PEACE prompted the pace outside going five deep down the backstretch, edged closer to the lead traveling four wide early in the turn, bid for the lead three wide with a quarter mile left to run and tenaciously fought on outside a stubborn foe to the end prevailed by a bob at the wire for the win. VALLEY VICTORY was part of the group of five mixing it up front while running between foes in the two path, moved in to take command on the rail entering the turn, was collared outside by the winner at the quarter pole, never wavered inside fighting it out to thew wire but just missed by a nod in a very determined effort at the finish line. MO TOURIST stalked near the rear inside runners, regressed through the turn to be at the back of the pack with a quarter mile left to run, had a strong late kick in the two path with a furlong from home and was closing in with every strde late on the embattled front pair but simply could not get there in time. SNOOKERED settled outside a rival in midfield, offered a mild run outside three wide midway around the turn, shifted out to be seven wide for the stretch run and kept on trying to the wire, getting up for a minor share in the end. FOUR K FORCE pressed the pace four wide between horses in the early going, fought on up top three wide having foes on either side at the three furlong pole, angled out in the five path for the drive, dueled for the show award at the furlong pole but fadd in the final seventy yards. SUGAR IT'S ELI broke in after the start, stalked ahead of one runner down the back straight, made little headway travelling two to three wide around the bend and finished up willingly in the five path passing some runners in the final furlong. COMPUTER HACKER was crowded soon after the start to trail the field down the backstretch, uncorked good run three wide commencing at the three eighths pole until shifting out eight wide at the top of the lane to be in range for a piece of the prize, could not sustain the rally down the stretch and stalled with a furlong left to run. STORMIN DAVE broke alertly having the lead three wide between horses at the start, continued in the hunt five abreast down the backside, dueled in the two path between foes around the bend, could not match strides with the top two who had it to themselves at the quarter pole and tired in the three path with a furlong remaining. BUCK'S FIZZ broke out soon after the start, travelled on the rail in the mix up front down the backside, could not keep up with the lead group giving way on the fence at the three eighths pole and wilted inside runner by the furlong marker. GREEN AMAZON had a good spot sitting behind the engaged fivesome inside a rival along the backside, dropped back when stuck behind a tiring foe in midturn, had clear lane four wide for the drive to the wire but could not factor in the stretch running.
