Chart notes
DR. SNYDER vied for the early lead, forwardly placed throughout, saved ground around the final turn, drove clear down the lane and was kept to the task. BARAHIN raced in the middle of the field, saved ground around the second turn, proved no match for the winner, but held on for second. HARD LUCK HENRY pressed the pace, raced close throughout and was outfinished for second. PURE MALICE lacked early speed, had an outside trip, made a wide bid and gained ground. RUN CARLOS raced near the back in the early going, came around the final turn wide, entered the stretch seven wide, made a mild bid, but was no factor. KINFOLK raced within contention and faded. J'S LITTLE MAN hesitated, then lunged out at the break, was left at post and never got close. PREFERITO DA BARBI raced near the back in the beginning, moved up, within contention and dropped back. HAYHAYCAPTAIN JAC pressed the early pace, raced outside around the first turn and retreated to the back.
