Chart notes
MILE HIGH MIRACLE took a quick lead while tapering to the inside and took a firm hold to show the way, extended his lead through the backstretch, was given some rein nearing the quarter pole, raced at the rail on the far turn then kept alert in the lane. WELL SPOTTED veered out leaving the gate then settled in the four path the first turn, picked up the chase leaving the seven sixteenths pole, raced near the rail on the far turn and settled for second best. EL REY DE PAPA raced well back inside the opening turn, gave chase nearing the seven sixteenths pole, rounded the far turn off the rail and showed little in the lane. D MAJESTICAL raced well back inside on the first turn and could only improve his position. RESCORLA was forced outward leaving the gate, raced off the rail the first turn and gave chase leaving the half mile pole, but was never a factor. LEGEND'S THUNDER settled in the three path the opening turn, moved to the outside into the backstretch and showed little response. MY LUCKY ACE rated close off the rail the first turn, gave chase nearing the three eighths pole but faded approaching the far turn.
