ROMANCE BY CHANCE set the pace on the inside, dueled past the quarter pole, dug in gamely on the rail passing the furlong marker, turned back LOVEUMOM and edged away late. LOVEUMOM stalked close up early, chased two wide on the turn, bid at the quarter pole, dueled with he winner, dug in gamely to midstretch and came up second best. LINO AND ME bumped at the start, raced off the pace, came five wide into the lane and rallied mildly outside for third. INSTITUTION tracked on the inside, chased inside on the turn and lacked a rally. ELEANOR RIGBY was outrun early and passed tired rivals in the lane. BITCOIN BABY bumped and steadied at the start, stalked three wide, chased on the turn and faded. EXHALE raced off the rail, off the pace and did not factor.
