Chart notes
GEEBEESBIGBOY dueled on the outside up the backstretch, navigated the turn in tight quarters from the three path, drifted out in upper stretch, bumping with AWESOME ACCOUNT and kicked clear from there. MICKEYS TRAIL trailed the field on the outside through the opening quarter, began a bid from the four path coming around the turn and gained ground late. AWESOME ACCOUNT dueled on the outside up the backstretch, navigated the turn from the two path, raced into traffic and bumped with GEEBEESBIGBOY when that rival drifted into his lane and chased on to the wire. ON THE RAPS pressed the pace on the inside up the backstretch, raced into traffic behind GEEBEESBIGBOY coming around the bend in the three path and weakened in the final furlong. GRAND MARKING dueled on the inside early, saved ground around the turn and gave way in the stretch. ALSONO'S HUNTER raced off the pace on the inside up the backstretch, came around the turn in the two path and showed no kick. LITTLE ROGUE chased the leader up the backstretch, saved ground around the bend and tired in the lane. BULL WITH NO NAME raced off the pace on the outside through the early going, came around the turn in the three path and made no bid. THE RIDERS OF BOTH HORSE SEVEN, AWESOME ACCOUNT AND HORSE FIVE, ON THE RAPS, CLAIMED FOUL AGAINST HORSE EIGHT, GEEBEESBIGBOY, CITING INTERFERENCE IN UPPER STRETCH. A STEWARDS INQUIRY WAS MADE INTO THE SAME INDICENT. UPON REVIEW, HORSE SEVEN, BEEGEESBIGBOY, WAS DISQUALIFIED AND PLACED FOURTH FOR INTERFERENCE WITH HORSE FIVE, ON THE RAPS.
