Chart notes
FOUR DAYS EARLY stalked the pace outside, took over after half a mile, vied with the runner-up and drew off in the final furlong. MERGING TRAFFIC trailed early, bid three wide into the far turn, dueled the winner and tired. BUILDER JAK moved close up inside for half a mile and stopped. CURAGIO led under pressure for half a mile and gave way readily. CAUTELOSO got loose and ran off on the way to the paddock and was ordered a late scratch.
