DONTBESOOGROUCHY allowed to settle, moved up four wide through the turn, fanned widest into the stretch, made a steady gain and missed. PERFORMANTE allowed to settle, looped up three wide through the turn, bid on that path into the stretch, angled in for clear racing room and edged up for the show in the final strides. SINCERITO tracked the pace, angled out moving up two and three wide through the turn, came four wide into the stretch, made a steady gain, edged ahead late, then could not sustain the bid and held a share. MIDNIGHT ONYX vied for the early lead on the outside, edged ahead through the turn, shook clear in the stretch, then faded late. NO PROBLEM JOE mid pack and inside, saved ground through the turn, came through inside into the stretch and had no rally. JADES JAY set the pace on the inside and faded the final furlong. CATALINA EXPRESS well placed and outside, faded through the turn. TUSCAN RULER was a brief factor.
