Chart notes
SOPHIE'S PAINTER dueled for the lead with an outer rival and shook clear in midstretch. WATER TESTER dueled for the lead outside of the eventual winner, yielded in midstretch then narrowly lasted for place. BEACH TRIPPIN laid off of the pace in the two path, shifted out to the four path into the lane and ran on to miss show. SCOOTIN' BOOTS broke a step slow, pursued from the four to five path and lacked a bid. BOX OF CANDY broke a beat slow, saved ground well back but to no avail. LUCKY BOURBON stalked the embattled leading pair from the three path and weakened. STAR ROUGE showed little.
