Chart notes
WARRIOR TED bobbled at the start then was allowed to settle while racing three-wide, moved up to take the lead nearing the quarter pole and gradually drew clear. ANNA'S GOT STYLE was reserved off the pace, followed the winner into the stretch but was unable to reach that one while finished well for second. MITROPANOS was off a step slow then was unhurried, came four-wide into the stretch and finished well for third in a good effort. TACTICAL HUMOR dueled with STAY FUNNY for the early lead from along the inside, dropped back on the turn then came three-wide into the stretch and weakened. MUSIC BOX DANCER raced in the back of the field early, came five-wide into the stretch and failed to seriously threaten. STAY FUNNY dueled for the lead for a half mile while two-wide and gave way.
