Chart notes
LORD EDDARD STARK bumped at the start, saved ground off the pace, swung four wide near the quarter pole, closed outside and was up on the wire. UTAH BEACH settled off the pace while racing two wide, made progress down the backstretch, bid three wide around the far turn, took over turning for home, drew clear leaving the eighth pole and led until the final strides. SIX MINUS settled closest to the runaway pacesetter while alternating between the two path and the rail, bid two wide around the far turn but was one-paced through the lane. THE GINGER WIZARD (IRE) veered in and slammed into ELDEST SON at the start, trailed inside early, gained at the rail around the far turn and rallied at the rail for a slice. CALIFORNIA FROLIC raced off the pace two wide and had a mild belated rally. PREVENT bumped at the start, sprinted clear soon after, set the pace along the rail to upper stretch and weakened. LORD FLINTSHIRE was bumped between foes at the start, rated at the rail, angled four wide in upper stretch and lacked a closing bid. ELDEST SON was slammed at the start, raced two wide and never threatened. REALLY GOOD raced three wide, failed to respond and was eased in the lane.
