Chart notes
SIS SPENDER chased the leader on the outside up the backstretch, challenged from the two path coming around the turn and drew off in the lane. RUNAWAY HEAT raced off the pace early, navigated the turn from the three path, began a bid passing the quarter pole and gained ground late. W F AMERICAN CAT dueled on the inside through the opening stages, continued to battle while saving ground around the turn and gave way in the stretch. TRACK RUNNER dueled on the outside up the backstretch, came around the turn in the three path and weakened in the lane. STORMY RYTHM raced in the middle of the pack up the backstretch, navigated the turn from the two path and made no bid. HEATED RUSH dwelt at the start, trailed the field throughout, saved ground around the bend and was never a factor. A STEWARDS INQUIRY WAS MADE INTO THE START. UPON REVIEW, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT HORSE THREE, HEATED RUSH, HAD A FAIR START AND NO CHANGES WERE MADE TO THE ORDER OF FINISH.
