Chart notes
GHENT vied for the early advantage, saved ground, drove clear and finished well. WILD BERT void of early speed, angled to the outside around the turn, made a wide gain, proved no match for the winner, but was a clear second. SLITHER pressed the pace, forwardly placed throughout and lacked a late rally. CRANKSHAFT raced within striking distance, saved ground around the turn, put forth an even effort and lacked a bid. BUBBA'S RECKLESS lacked early speed, raced evenly near the back and was never a factor. BOURBON SPIRIT dueled on the front end, dropped back and was no threat late. ALLEVA void of early speed and showed little.
