Chart notes
FLAT OUT RUNNER saved ground off of the pace, rallied up the rail to bid inside of the leader leaving upper stretch and drove clear. OLDER AND WISER broke a step slow, raced off of the pace three wide, advanced between horses while tipping to the four path entering the lane, ran on while hanging on his left lead and edged place in the final furlong. TOP PRIORITY set a clear pace in the two path, but was collared between bidders reaching midstretch and held show. HARPES HILL chased from midpack in the four to five path and failed to menace while hanging on his left lead. STONE ALLIANCE raced off of the pace two wide and between horses early on, backed out and trailed around the turn, then made little impact. SHAWN'S SOLVING stalked the clear leader from the three path, took dead aim entering the lane, but only offered a mild bid as an inner rival challenged approaching midstretch and weakened through the final furlong.
