Chart notes
WHY NOT GRACE bore out leaving the starting gate, eased back and angled three wide leaving the backstretch, advanced between horses turning for home, drew away and drifted out near the sixteenth pole. TRES ARIES , bumped by MARMARA at the start, circled the turn four deep, chased the pace and weakened. MISSY'S MAP bore out bumping MARMARA at the start, sprinted clear leaving the backstretch, stayed in the two path inside horses around the turn, lost the lead in upper stretch and weakened. PEGSTER , rated back about a quarter mild after the start, raced in the two path on the turn, swung to the four path in upper stretch and passed tired rivals. MARMARA , bumped around leaving the starting gate, was outrun and stayed wide around the turn. RISK AND REGRET remained along the inner rail for much of the trip and was no factor. BEAUTY'S TRIP bobbled at the break, raced in the three path on the turn and was outrun.
