Chart notes
AUTHENTIC GALLOP closest to the leaders, collared that one late in the final turn, wore that foe down, clear, held runner up safe late under kpressure. CALDERA behind the pace while saving ground, continued inside into the far turn, moved out to be three wide late in that bend, finished willingly to be in time for the place, no real threat to the winner. ORIGINAL SIN broke back, lacked speed, raced in the two path, continued off the inside, asked in the two path into the stretch, up late for the show. STIGLETS broke alertly, sprinted clear soon after, held a sizable advantage up the backstretch, briefly responded when confronted by the winner late in the final bend, gradually weakened through the lane to lose additional position. TOM CAT TUESDAY off a step slow, void of speed in trailing for over five furlongs, angled out four wide turning for home, displayed a modest amount of late interest to improve position slightly while not a serious threat. REAL BLUES settled off the pace and the inside, came up empty for the drive. SPURGEON was finished after half.
