Chart notes
MISH pressed the pace in the three path, drew clear near the quarter pole and widened under a drive. GATSBY tracked the pace two wide between foes and finished willingly to be a clear second. HURRICANE J set the pace in the two path, could not keep pace with the winner nearing the quarter pole but kept on to hold the show. SAINT TAPIT trailed while racing off the rail, angled six wide in upper stretch, rallied belatedly and just missed third. SEMINOLE CHIEF chased the pace three wide and faded in the lane. POULIN IN O T bobbled at the break, chased the pace inside and had no response.
