Chart notes

MAGIC POWER broke a step slow on the start, improved early on to sit just behind the pacesetter keen under a tight hold, was checked slightly coming up close to the leader nearing the half mile pole, advanced on the r ail around the bend, shifted outside in the t wo path at the quarter pole, darted back to the fence having a clear path at the top of the lane, quickly moved in to take control inside foes at the furlong marker and held safe in deep stretch. RED WEAVER was brushed on the inside at the start, rated kindly watching the front duo outside down the backstretch, edged up three wide by midturn, loomed boldly five wide outside foes straightening out for home but was outkicked at the furlong marker by the winner. TIZABLING seized command from the onset getting to the rail early, rolled along up top moving well through the turn, was surrounded by runners in the three path holding on up top by a narrow margin in upper stretch, was no match unable to quicken with the front pair at the eighth pole but did finish up well enough to hold for a clear third at the wire. BENNYS JETS was brushed outside on the break, contently tracked the pacesetter outside along the backstretch, chased the frontrunner in the two path on the turn, crept closer outside by the quarter pole to be in the hunt four wide between horses turning for home but lacked a rally in the late stages and settled on the fringes in the end. HOLIDAY SNOOZE stalked three deep near the rear down the back straight, was roused for more three eighths out, could not keep up with others throughout the turn and had little offer in the stretch drive. LAURENETTE trailed the field trying to find her stride along the backside, could not get interested losing touch with the pack running around the bend and could not get involved in the stretch running.
