Chart notes
MARKING CANYON led the way on the inside up the backstretch, dueled while saving ground around the turn and dug in in the stretch to hold the win. HIGHER ED tracked the leader on the outside early, challenged from the three path coming around the bend and dug in in the lane to narrowly miss. STILL IN THE TRAP raced in the middle of the pack on the inside up the backstretch, came around the bend in the two path and improved position in the lane. ANTONIOS MARK chased the leader between horses through the opening stages, dueled from the two path around the turn and in upper stretch and gave way late. DELBERT TOO raced off the pace on the inside through the early going, saved ground around the turn and improved position mildly in the lane while never truly threatening. THUNDER DOME raced off the pace on the outside up the backstretch, navigated the bend from the two path and showed no kick. RISKY REVENGE raced in the middle of the pack up the backstretch, swung wide coming around the turn, entered the stretch in the five path and was empty from there. SIDEWINDER SLICK stalked the leader on the outside early, continued around the turn in the four path and tired in the lane. THRUTHESTORM raced off the pace on the outside up the backstretch, dropped back to trail the field coming around the turn, entered the stretch in the five path and was never a factor. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
