Chart notes
BIG BLUE ANGEL shot to the front, saved ground around the turn, pulled away down the lane and proved much the best. D'BUSKER raced within contention, saved ground around the turn, made a late rail bid and was just up for second. ORTHODOX DIXIE challenged for the early lead, forwardly placed throughout and was caught late for second. DAT'S A GOODE ONE broke out, raced in the back in the early going, swung to the outside around the turn and showed late interest. C. F. TINNY DEAL brushed at the start, raced near the middle of the field, saved ground around the turn and put forth an even effort. VINO GRACE raced evenly near the back and was never a factor. SPICY MUSTARD broke a step slow, moved up at the 3/8 pole, faded down the stretch and was no threat late. A REAL EMBRACE raced within contention and dropped back. GLOSSY KATE always raced near the back, lost contact with the field, was eased to the wire and walked off.
