Chart notes
CHEM MAJOR rated inside, held position through the turn, came through inside edging ahead into the stretch, shook clear, then lasted under steady pressure. SING SCAT set the pace off the rail, stayed on when challenged into the stretch, then came again late and lacked the needed kick. SALAGADOOLA mid pack, lost some position two and three wide through the turn, came four wide into the stretch, dueled, then closed willingly and missed the place. AFILADA evenly for three quarters, moved up three and four wide through the second turn, came five wide into the stretch, drifted in, dueled, then flattened late, edging for a share. SIMMERING well placed and outside, held position three wide through the second turn, bid on that path into the stretch and weakened late. MURUMBI ran evenly, widest. MORENA DANCER dropped back quickly and was never involved.
