Chart notes
THRU THE VINE raced in the three path around the first turn, chased the leader on the outside up the backstretch, challenged from the three path coming around the far turn, dueled in upper stretch and held off a closer at the wire. ROYAL DRAGOON raced in the two path early, settled off the pace on the inside for the run up the backstretch, navigated the far turn from the three path, began a bid passing the quarter pole and gained ground late. BOURBON WISDOM bobbled slightly leaving the gate, tracked the leader on the inside through the opening half mile, continued around the far bend in the two path and chased on to the wire. GROUP EIGHTEEN saved ground early, led the way up the backstretch, dueled from the rail around the far bend and faded in the lane. ZERO GRAVITY saved ground around the first turn, settled in the middle of the pack for the run up the backstretch, came around the second turn in the four path and made no bid. STAR ENTERTAINER raced in the two path early, trailed the field on the outside up the backstretch, saved ground around the second bend and was never a factor.
