Chart notes
CATALINA DAY vied for the early lead, forwardly placed throughout, dueled down the stretch and got up late. DADDY'S FINEST pressed the pace, steadied early, getting blocked, moved up around the turn three wide, made a bid, took the lead and was outfinished for the win. I'M A NIGHT TRAIN raced within contention, was close throughout, made an outside bid and finished willingly. NATURAL HIGH raced in the middle of the field, made a mild bid, but was no factor. WINDTAPPER WIN lacked early speed, improved position, but was no factor. TUCKER THE GRUMP void of early speed, moved up, but was no threat. LACEY'S KAT always raced near the back and was outrun. STILL ON THE BOOKS void of early speed and was never close. PRIX DE WEST dueled on the front end, saved ground and dropped back.
