Chart notes
TINKI ABARRIO broke a bit slowly, trailed inside early, went three wide around the turn, closed outside and was up late. BODACIOUS BREN dueled two wide, drew clear leaving the eighth pole, was caught late and lasted for the place. ROYAL POPPY bumped at the start, raced off the pace three wide, angled five wide in upper stretch, rallied widest and just missed second. JOKES UP raced off the pace two wide, steadied near the quarter pole, angled in turning for home, tipped back out leaving the eighth pole and rallied belatedly while lacking a clear path. GAYLES EVENING dueled along the rail to midstretch and weakened. BEAUTY OF THE NILE pressed the pace three wide and faded through the stretch. PEACH COBBLER was bumped at the start, chased the pace inside and lacked a closing bid.
