Chart notes
ENABLER chased the pace outside MIKES MO TOWN, took the lead between horses entering the stretch, went clear in mid stretch and lasted. BREWMASTER saved ground around the turn, remained along the rail through the stretch and rallied. BRIGHT CHARGER , swung outside leaving the backstretch, floated five deep at the head of the stretch and rallied. WORLD ON FIRE lacked speed, was well off the rail entering the stretch, swung outside near the sixteenth pole and had a slight rally. MIKES MO TOWN sped to the front, drifted off the rail entering the stretch and faded. VERNOR'S JUNCTION , three deep chasing the pace on the turn, was fanned four wide entering the stretch and gave way. SPEZIA'S SON , slow to begin, trailed and was eased the final furlong.
