Chart notes
HERE'S WALDO showed good early speed on the inside into the first turn while vying for command, yielded and moved out to stalk the pace three wide on the backstretch, made a two to three wide bid to take over leaving the five-sixteenths and shake clear, then turned back a bid from ALWAYS GAMBLING by the quarter pole, moved out in the lane and held well to prove best under a drive. ALWAYS GAMBLING was rated along three to four wide, made a three wide bid by the quarter pole, came five wide off the turn and loomed boldly but hung in the final furlong, second best. JACKIE A was reserved on the inside, advanced two wide on the far turn, swung out four wide leaving the turn while making a bid but flattened out and saved the show award. BROOKLYN STRONG was reserved on the outside, four wide on the far turn and had a mild late kick to just miss the show award. CALL ME NOW was reserved early and in between rivals on the far turn and had no rally. ENTRUST was rated along the inside and dropped back on the far turn and tired. MISCHIEF WARRIOR vied for the lead three wide into the first turn, then went on to set the pace and move to the inside and then was headed by the five-sixteenths and gave way.
