Chart notes
FILM STAR tracked the early leader two deep from the outside of Speedyness, long duel through the drive and edged up under all out pressure. SPEEDYNESS showed good early foot to control the early pace, dug in from the inside and missed in a game effort. HITTHEROADJAK raced five wide around the first turn, stalked the pace from the outside, raced three wide around the far turn and kept on willingly to the wire. COPPER TAX raced two wide through the far turn, tipped out five wide into the upper stretch and had not enough in the drive. CATALEYA STRIKE dropped back early, saved ground and had no late rally. WILD VINE raced four wide around the first turn, slight steady between near the half mile pole and was empty near the quarter pole. LIEUTENANT BROWN shuffled back at the break, raced off the early pace, tired readily and was eased through the stretch.
