Chart notes
CACTUS tracked the early leader from the inside, shifted out three deep from the outside of Sunset Town, cleared off nearing the eighth pole and prevailed late under all out pressure. SUNSET TOWN hard sent to gain the early lead, collared just past the three sixteenths pole, re-rallied from the inside and missed in a game effort. DOLICE VITA stalked the pace near the rail, shifted out five wide and finished gamely to the wire. CAPTAIN CARDO dropped back off the early pace setters, moved up four to six wide around the far turn and moved up to improve position racing from the far outside. VESELSKY raced three wide around the far turn, tipped out five wide into the upper stretch and was even with no late bid. PUDGE BOY PALACE bumped with SUMMERSTATEOFMIND at the start, raced mid pack early on, was four to five wide around the far turn but needed more in the drive. MONSTER MASON was off slowly, raced three wide nearing the quarter pole and never threatened. SUMMERSTATEOFMIND bumped with PUDGE BOY PALACE at the start, raced five wide around the far turn and had no response. LOST WEEKEND raced four wide near the three sixteenths pole and lacked a bid. GREAT DAYS AHEAD raced the inside around the far turn and failed to sustain a bid.
