Chart notes
AZURE LADY tracked the pace, raced boxed through the turn, found room three wide into the stretch, made a steady gain and drove clear late. PRACTICALITY stalked the pace on the outside, held position on the two path through the turn, bid outside the leader into the stretch, then made a steady gain, and edged up for the place late. SUGAR TREAT set the pace on the inside, stayed on when challenged into the stretch, then weakened late and held the show. DELIZIOSA unhurried, gained position four and five wide through the turn, came four wide into the stretch, flattened and missed the show. CAJUN EXPECTATION unhurried, moved up while angling out through the turn, fanned widest into the stretch and improved position. MARTHAMAYWHOVIER unhurried, saved ground through the turn, came through inside and passed tiring rivals. TRIPLET well placed and outside, gained position three wide through the turn, then faded four wide into the stretch. ABOVE THE SKY showed little, outside. BURN THE BREEZE mid pack, gained position four and five wide through the turn, came five wide into the stretch and had no rally.
