Chart notes
SAINT PIO bumped with the horses to his outside at the start, settled in the middle of the pack between horses for the run up the backstretch, came around the bend in the four path, began a bid passing the quarter and gained ground late to just get up for the win. ISLE OF SKYE chased the leader on the inside up the backstretch, navigated the turn from the three path and dueled to the wire to narrowly miss. PEACEFUL WATERS led the way on the outside through the opening quarter, opened up while racing in the three path around the turn, dueled in the stretch and was caught late. FED GRANT raced in the middle of the pack on the outside early, came around the bend in the three path and improved position in the stretch. WESTPHAL trailed the field up the backstretch, saved ground around the turn, began a bid entering the stretch and gained ground late. JON L raced in the middle of the pack between horses up the backstretch, navigated the turn from the two path and finished evenly. STORMIN HONGKONG veered in and bumped with the horses to his inside at the break, raced off the pace on the outside up the backstretch, continued around the bend in the two path and made up some ground in the lane while never truly threatening. SHIP IT RED bumped with the horses to either side leaving the gate, settled off the pace on the rail through the opening stages, came around the turn in the four path and passed tiring horses in the stretch. WEDNESDAY AT SHADY tracked the leader on the outside up the backstretch, continued around the turn in the three path and faded in the lane. CONNECTER raced in the middle of the pack on the inside up the backstretch, saved ground around the bend and made no bid. DR. TROUTMAN stalked the leader on the outside up the backstretch, swung out to the five path coming around the turn and tired in the stretch. INFINITE CROWN raced at the back of the pack early, came around the bend in the five path and was empty in the lane.
