ROCK THE WEEKEND settled off the pace, moved out inside the three-quarter pole, was roused in the four then five path on the turn, rallied in the six path into upper stretch, closed well to make a bid outside the furlong marker, fought outside of the runner up until near the sixteenth-pole and drew clear under steady handling. NOONZIO stalked the pace on the outside, turned up the pressure on the leader while in the four path on the turn, took the advantage late on that bend, spun into upper stretch in the five path, led under a drive to the furlong marker then was overtaken and proved no match while well clear for the place. TOMACON was taken in hand early then rated off the pace, went around the turn in the three path, was roused outside the five-sixteenths pole, turned into upper stretch in the four path and lacked the needed response while able to get the show. SAINT GAUDENS was last into stride, prompted the pace on the inside, was asked while saving ground on the turn, swung out to the five path into upper stretch, dropped back while remaining on his inside lead until near the furlong marker then swapped to the proper lead and came up empty. HEY TOBY broke in at the start, angled in while going to the front, showed the way with some company to both sides, vied two path to the inside on the turn, was asked inside the three-eighths pole, lost the advantage late on that bend and faded. CONCORDE SPIRIT was urged along at the rear, dropped from the two path to the rail very early on the turn, saved ground from that point into the stretch and was no factor.
