Chart notes
BANK FRENZY was forwardly placed on the outside, chased in the three then four path on the turn, pursued the runner-up under a drive into the final furlong, drifted out some under a left-handed crop coming to the sixteenth-pole then switched to a right-handed crop, gained on the tired pacesetter late and got up in the final strides to narrowly prevail. DOC SULLIVAN went to the front then showed the way under coaxing with a clear advantage, came under stronger encouragement while inside on the turn, turned into the stretch in the two path, remained on his inside lead under a right-handed crop into the final furlong then swapped to the proper lead, was guided out closer to the runner-up around the sixteenth-pole, drifted out some late and was denied while clear for the place. SHERIFF BIANCO moved in while urged along off the pace, traveled around the turn in the two path, chased the top two into the final furlong and weakened but earned the show. WHITTINGTON PARK was bumped at the start and forced in while last away, moved out early then settled near the back, dropped in outside the three-quarter pole, shifted back out late on the backstretch, went around the turn in the three path, was driven into the stretch in the five path and failed to threaten. COLLOQUY was carried in some at the start then dropped back, raced at the rear under urging, moved out near the three-quarter pole, rounded the turn in the four path, came into the stretch in the six path and was no factor. EL GRANDE O broke in and bumped with a foe, tracked the pace, chased in the two to three path on the turn and tired. OLYMPIC DREAMS was urged along then dropped back near the three-quarter pole, fell further back late on the backstretch, saved ground on the turn and faltered then was eased in the stretch but walked off.
