Chart notes
DUSTY BILLY stalked the pace near the inside into the turn, shifted three wide before a half, rallied to make the lead in upper stretch, drew clear under right handed urging and prevailed under strong handling. DRILL EM unhurried early, closed rapidly through the stretch in the middle of the racetrack but was too late and finished well clear for second. R C IRONSIDE pressed the pace two wide down the backstretch, dueled through the turn then was outfinished. DUO unhurried early, improved position late five wide. BE AN EDDIE failed to menace. WHY KITTEN WHY set a pressured pace along the inside into the turn, was headed briefly, battled into the stretch and weakened late. BLUE BLOOD COWBOY was no factor. REMIX FROM PHOENIX was no threat. SILVER IS A GIFT well placed, failed to respond. NATIONAL PUNCHLINE trailed.
