Chart notes
BETTER THAN BETTER settled off the pace while racing two wide, angled four wide near the eighth pole, closed between foes and was up late. LINDSAY SMILES tracked the pace two and three wide, angled widest turning for home and rallied outside. SOUPER AMUSING set the pace along the rail and led until deep stretch. VESPERA saved ground in range, angled four wide turning for home and was one-paced through the lane. HIPPY HIPPY SHAKE saved ground and lacked the needed rally. SHANCELICIOUS pressed the pace two wide, bid around the far turn and weakened in the drive.
